  • Asparagus Beef Roll Recipe:
    • Kikkoman Soy Sauce 1/2 cup 
    • Mirin 1/2 cup 
    • Sugar 1/4 cup 
    • 2 bunches asparagus (cut into 2-inch length)
    • 500 grams beef (Sukiyaki cut) 
    • Butter 1 cup
  • Serving instruction:
    • 1. Mix together Kikkoman Soy Sauce, mirin and sugar in a bowl (1 minute) 
    • 2. Roll asparagus in beef (15 minutes)
    • 3. Dip roll in mixture before grilling. Grill for 3 minutes or until golden brown (3 minutes)
    • 4. Simmer remaining mixture for the sauce. Finish with butter (2 minutes)
