- What is MetroDeal?
- Each day, MetroDeal features an unbeatable deal on the best stuff to do, see, eat, and buy in your city. That way we also ensure that the featured business on MetroDeal generates a lot of new customers within a short time frame.
- I like today’s deal - how do I get it?
- Just click "Buy Now" before the countdown ends. You will be then asked to either log into your MetroDeal account or to create a new one. Afterwards, you'll have the options to pay through credit card, PayPal, bank deposit (all major banks), online banking, GCash or SmartMoney. After your successful payment, the voucher(s) for your purchase will be stored in "My Account" on MetroDeal. From there, you can simply click on the printer icon for each respective voucher ordered and have it printed. You can also write down the voucher code and security code on a piece of paper and then show it to the participating merchant. MetroDeal is also fun to use with parents, grandparents, children, partners, neighbours, teachers, colleagues, school friends and comrades, and men who wear monocles. Join together and live your city for less!
- What happens after I buy?
- You can find the link to your voucher in your personal account. Once your voucher is printed, just present the voucher to the merchant!
- Can I buy a deal as a gift?
- Yes! You can give our vouchers as a gift to a friend. Our vouchers are completely transferrable and don't bear the name of the buyer on it. Moreover, only the original price is written on the voucher, not the price you bought it for, thus making it a perfect gift.
- Can I get a refund for my voucher?
- Yes! MetroDeal will provide a refund if you change your mind within five days after you've purchased your voucher and want to "return" the unused voucher.
- Where is my voucher?
- After your purchase, you receive an e-mail indicating that your voucher has been stored in your account on MetroDeal. Kindly sign in and access/print your voucher(s) from within your MetroDeal account.
- Where is my referral money?
- Please check your account's "My Credits" to see whom you've referred so far. Please notice that your referral money is activated 7 days after successful referral as per our referral merchanics mentioned in the description of the referral system. If you encounter any issues with your referral just drop us a line, our 24/7 support team is happy to assist you with your concerns.
- How much time do I have to pay if I pay through bank deposit / LBC?
- If you have selected an over-the-counter banking option or LBC, you have 2 business days to make your payment and to confirm it. If you purchase something on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you can make your payment until Tuesday. You can also do that even if a deal has already expired, your voucher will then simply be activated as soon as you confirm your payment.
- What is the procedure to get my voucher(s) by bank deposit?
- If you select Dragonpay as payment option, please select your preferred option (BDO, BPI, Chinabank, EastWest, Metrobank, PNB, RCBC, Unionbank, UCPB or LBC). You will then be sent payment instructions to your email address, please print these and bring them to a branch of the option you chose and make your deposit. Afterwards, if you have selected one of the banks, access the instructions email again, click on the confirmation link and fill in the necessary details, which will automatically validate your paymen and unlock your voucher(s) in your account on www.MetroDeal.com. In case you selected LBC, after deposit please wait for 1 day for the system to process it. Then the system will automatically validate your payment and unlock your voucher(s) in your account on MetroDeal.
- Can I pay for the deal in cash?
- Yes, just select at the payment options screen that you want to pay over the counter at BDO, BPI, Chinabank, EastWest, Metrobank, PNB, RCBC, Unionbank, UCPB or LBC - it's your choice where you want to pay cash over the counter.
