The Fine Print

  • Booking Period:
    • February 19, 2024 to September 17, 2024
  • Travel Period:
    • February 21, 2024 to October 15, 2024
    • Not valid on holidays and super peak/high season
  • Advance booking is required
    • Call the merchant or send an email to the merchant at least 4 weeks prior to your preferred date of travel
    • Strictly no cancellation or amendments upon confirmation of booking; no-show on booked dates will render the voucher forfeited
    • No refund or rebooking once booking is confirmed
    • Booking is subject to hotel and airline availability
  • Important info:
    • One voucher per person; minimum of 2 vouchers to book
    • Valid for Philippine passport holders only
    • Check-in time is at 2:00 PM; check-out time is at 12:00 NN
    • All transfers are based on SIC (seat in coach) basis; airport transfers service hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM only
    • All reservations are subject to room and airline availability; the above package rates are applicable for FIT bookings only
      • In case of non-availability of the preferred hotel, a similar category will be offered
    • Passengers' name entered in the booking form must be the same with passenger's passports/IDs
      • Incorrect names may cause penalties or invalidation of travel vouchers
    • Luggage allowance for each passenger is one large bag and one hand-carry bag
    • No refund will be given for any unused portion of the package and services or missed transfer
    • Failure to redeem vouchers within validity period will render the voucher invalid
    • The merchant shall not be liable or pay any compensation to the services not granted due to the reservation being suppressed or affected by force majeure (natural calamity or flight or boat cancellations due to bad weather condition)
    • For black-out dates, kindly inquire directly with the merchant to check on the availability and peak season surcharges where applicable
    • Voucher is not valid in conjunction with Senior Citizen card and any discount card or promotion
