• The promo is open to all BDO or RCBC Bankard JCB Credit Card Cardholders
• The promo period is open from March 11, 2020 to April 11, 2020.
• The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
• The Promotion is available to JCB Cardholders which (a) bears the JCB name and/or logo on the face of the card. Cardholders must settle payment with their JCB card in order to enjoy the Promotion.
• The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of MetroDeal. In case of dispute, the decision of the Company and/or MetroDeal shall be final.
• The Company and/or MetroDeal can change the terms of conditions at any point of time. The Promotion can be suspended or cancelled at any point in time without prior notice.
• This Promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between the Company and the cardholder (payment facility, etc.), which is at the Company’s sole discretion and for which the Company is solely responsible and liable.
