Valid Tuesdays to Sundays
Operating Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM; the last timeslot is at 7:00 PM
Advance booking is required
Call the merchant and kindly inform them of your preferred timeslot after purchasing the voucher
Customers are advised to call the merchant to confirm the date of the purchased voucher
Important info:
A 15-minute interval per timeslot shall be implemented
Kids one-year-old and below can enter free of charge
Same-day cancellation is not allowed
One-time rebooking is free; second-time rebooking or more will incur an additional fee of P100 payable directly at the front desk
Rebooking of tickets must be done by messaging Whimsical Wonderland's official Facebook page
Not valid for school/educational tours, group tours, and corporate/organization/institute tours or events
Valid for single-entry pass only; exclusive of optional personal experiences while inside the attraction
Voucher is nonrefundable once the booking has been successfully completed
Voucher is not valid in conjunction with Senior Citizen card and any discount card or promotion
Rules:
Guests must be at the ticketing booth or lobby area 30 minutes before the scheduled time
Strictly no extension of tour hours
Multiple changing of outfits is strictly not allowed
Bringing in photoshoot equipment is strictly prohibited unless availing the photoshoot package; taking of photos and videos using smartphones and DSLR cameras will be allowed but without flash
Bringing in outside food and drinks is not allowed
Pets are not allowed
Bulk bags and backpacks are not allowed inside the attraction; guests can rent a locker at the venue
Health & safety protocols:
Guests must be fully vaccinated; kindly present your vaccination card at the front desk
Kids must be accompanied by a vaccinated adult
