Walk-ins will not be accommodated
Reservations and rebooking are subject to the resort's availability
Cancellation and changes to confirmed reservations must be made at least 3 days prior to the set appointment; otherwise, the voucher will be forfeited
Guests who fail to show up on the scheduled reservation will have their vouchers forfeited
