Walk-in customers without reservation will not be entertained
Notice of cancellation shall be made 3 days prior to arrival, otherwise voucher will be forfeited
All changes to confirmed reservations must be confirmed at least 3 days before the scheduled date
Guests who fail to show up on the scheduled reservation will have their vouchers forfeited
