Facilities Schedule:
8:00 AM to 12:00 NN - All dry facilities (with harness)
1:00 PM to 5:00 PM - All wet facilities (pool, mudslide, and waterfront)

In accordance to the Department of Tourism Memorandum Circular 2020-002, the resort seeks to comply to the following guidelines:
Every resort guest must complete a Health Declaration/Contact Tracing Form accurately upon check-in
Body temperature checking using a thermal scanner at resort entrances shall be undertaken. Only guests cleared during screening shall be allowed to enter the resort perimeter. Those with flu and fever-like symptoms shall not be allowed to enter the hotel premises
Physical distancing, hand hygiene, and respiratory etiquette must be observed at all times
A maximum of 2 guests may occupy a hotel room
Guests are reminded of the following DOT New Normal Guidelines:
Only guests from 15 to 65 years old are allowed
No sharing of food or any personal/non-personal belongings
Follow proper disposal of PPE (please use designated PPE trash bag provided in the room)
Mingling with occupants of other rooms is not encouraged
Face masks should be worn at all times while inside the resort
Ensure proper handwashing etiquette/frequent hand washing
Ensure proper respiratory/cough etiquette
Strict observance of physical distancing
For resort shuttle jeepneys and boat, please follow social distancing regulations as required. Seat only on the “X” marked or black painted surfaces
All other provisions and restriction set forth by various governing agencies (DOT, DOH, LGU, IATF, etc.) that may be promulgated therefore
All incoming guest/s are encouraged to bring their own ballpen as part of safety precaution
