- Please wait for your reservations’ booking confirmation via email

Facilities schedule:
- 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM - Regular and wave pools
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Mudslide and Slide Pinoy
Boat transfer schedule from parking to resort:
- Open Time: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (strict arrival time)
Important info:
- Resort Landmark: In front of Lewin Elementary School
- One voucher per person
- Travel requirements:
  - No need to present vaccination cards
  - Subject to change without prior notice in accordance with local government mandates on travel regulations
  - Child Policy: 0 to 4 years old are free to stay while children 5 years old and above are considered an adult
- Failure to book within the validity period will render the voucher invalid
- Voucher is nonrefundable but allows for unlimited rebooking until the end of the travel period
- For rebooking, please advise the merchant at least 7 days prior to arrival
- No advise and late advise are considered as no-shows and will render the voucher forfeited
- All facilities are subject to change on-site or on the day of your event/stay
- Rate is inclusive of taxes
- Voucher is not valid in conjunction with Senior Citizen card and any discount card or promotion
- Voucher is transferable
Rules:
- Present your MetroDeal e-vouchers upon check-in at the Caliraya Front Office
- Guests are not allowed to bring food, beverage, and liquors within the premises of the resort; standard corkage fees shall be applied accordingly
- No choices for the inclusive packed lunch
- There are no lockers at the resort
- Tables and chairs, nipa hut, and snack bar are free to use but are subject to availability and open to all guests
- Guests may leave belongings at the front office except for wallets and cellphones
- Rider should be not more than 190 lb and be at least 120 cm tall (4-feet tall)
- Swimming pool rules and regulations should be strictly followed
- Swimming in the lake is not allowed
