    • Standard check-in time is at 3:00 PM onwards; check-out time is at 12:00 NN at the Hotel Front Desk – Tower B
  • Advance booking is required; strictly no walk-ins
    • Send a copy of your voucher to sfshotels@gmail.com or call the Reservations Department at (02) 632-1010 local 519 or 714 to make a reservation
    • Rooms are subject to availability at the point of booking
  • Important Info:
    • Each room is good for single or twin occupancy
    • All special requests such as early check-in, late check-out (until 2:00 PM), bedding type (queen or twin beds), adjacent rooms etc. are all still subject to room availability upon check-in
    • Voucher is transferable
  • Hotel Rules:
    • BSA Twin Towers Hotel is not a quarantine hotel nor a quarantine facility; the hotel will not accommodate any guests for their accommodation while waiting for their COVID-19 test results, may it be local or international
    • Guests will only need to present a full vaccination card and 1 valid government-issued ID to check-in under Alert Level 1
      • There is no need for the negative RT-PCR/Saliva test if the guests are fully vaccinated
      • For kids or guests aged 15 years old and below, there is no requirement as long as they are accompanied by fully vaccinated parents/guardians
    • Present your MetroDeal e-voucher along with at least 1 government-issued ID or passport upon check-in
    • For essential/business stays, a company ID must be presented
    • ​Hotel facilities such as gym and swimming pool are now open (subject to change without prior notice)
      • Due to the restricted capacity, advance reservation is required and can only be arranged after check-in
      • Maximum of two (2) guests will be allowed per room per hour in the swimming pool and the gym
      • Only in-house guests are allowed to use the hotel amenities
    • Visitors are allowed to go up to the guest floors/rooms until 10:00 PM only (subject to changes and hotel policy). Visitors must register and present 1 valid government-issued ID and full vaccination card
    • A security deposit of P2000 (for overnight stay) will be collected per room upon check-in and can be refunded upon check-out should there be no incidentals incurred during the stay
    • Parking space can be arranged at P300 per day per slot at the hotel reception upon check-in; parking slots are on a first come, first served basis
    • Pets are not allowed inside the property
