  • Please make your reservation at least three (3) days prior to preferred day. Walk in customers without reservation will not be entertained
  • Reservation is subject to resort availability
  • Please provide your voucher code when you make a reservation and present your printed voucher together with a government issued ID upon arrival at the establishment
  • In redeeming vouchers received as a gift, the voucher holder shall provide 2 valid IDs: One (1) for the voucher holder (the one who received the voucher as a gift) and another one (1) for the person who made the purchase on MetroDeal
  • Resechedule must be made at least three (3) days before the scheduled date. Re-booking will depend on the availability of the facilities.
  • Guests who fail to show up on the scheduled reservation will render coupon invalid
  • No  cash back or credit for any unused vouchers
