Next Business Day Delivery for Metro Manila: Orders placed by 12:00 NN form Monday to Friday will be delivered the next day, and orders placed by 12:00 NN from Saturday to Monday will be delivered the following Tuesday; 7 days for provincial areas
Delivery fees are on a Cash-on-Delivery basis
- Metro Manila Delivery: P40 for the first 20 vouchers; Additional P5 for every voucher excess
- Provincial Delivery: P110 for the first 20 vouchers; Additional P10 for every voucher excess
Delivey charge is exclusive to its respective Tao Kae Noi deals only; sharing of delivery charge across different Tao Kae Noi deals is not allowed
Upon receiving your item, please provide the courier with a printed copy of your MetroDeal voucher and present a valid ID
The address in your MetroDeal account is the default delivery address for the deal; please make sure you provide your complete mailing address
To change your preferred delivery address (ideal for gifts), kindly fill out the delivery option field upon making your purchase (below payment method)
Merchant reserves the right not to process orders with incomplete details until all information is provided
Returns will only be accepted if merchant is notified within one week of receiving the item
Voucher is transferable and can be given as a gift to family and friends
